Annette Dabbs

Director and Company Secretary

Annette is one of the company’s founders, co-director and company secretary and her role covers various aspects of the business; from general company management, to decision making on marketing and promotional strategies, through to ensuring compliance with requirements from HMRC and Government legislation. Annette is responsible for all insurances both for the company and for employees and all HR matters ensuring that the business adheres to Employment Law. Annette has a great ability to empower, motivate and inspire people, she encourages employees to be involved and interested in contributing to the company to achieve its objectives, making the company environment a productive place to work. She genuinely cares about and believes in employees on a personal level making everybody feel trusted and valued and feels privileged to work with such an enthusiastic team.

Jon Dabbs

Director

Director and Head of Operations on the infrastructure side of the business, Jon leads on ensuring that we deliver managed services, hosting and support that exceed our customers’ expectations. Jon is in regular contact with our clients to ensure that we fully understanding their needs and is also closely involved in the delivery of services to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers. Shortly after graduating with a double honours degree from Manchester University in Engineering and Management Jon became one of the three founding owner directors of the company in 1988 and since then has accumulated over 32 years experience in IT service delivery from hands on engineering through to board room decision making and all points in between. Jon is committed to growing the business by continuing to help our clients to harness the accelerating advances in Information Technology.

Helen Hadfield

Financial Director

Helen began her career with RA back in 1993 and during her time with the company has applied her many varied talents to a number of roles, from Assistant Company Secretary to Helpdesk Manager for 14 of those years, to her current position now as Company Strategy Manager. Helen has a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry, skilled in service delivery, customer support and quality assurance and coupled with a technical head on her shoulders she has an ability to support our client base to the highest level. With also a firm background in Finance and a passion for numbers, Helen now manages our Accounts and Admin departments and whilst carefully balancing this with her current role she has a drive to ensure that RA continues to grow, succeed and provide for our clients expectations. Helen also heads up our CLARITY CORE team, overseeing the requirements of this ever evolving product, representing the company at industry events and ensuring our customer relationships remain strong.

Rachel Judge

Sales & Marketing Director

Rachel has been a driving force in establishing Ezytreev as the leading tree management system since joining the company in 1999. As an associate member of the Tree Associations and a dedicated Ezytreev brand ambassador Rachel is involved in representing the brand at tree industry events, building relationships with customers which she excels at, listening to their needs and tracking their feedback. Rachel supervises software design ensuring that everything meets customers’ expectations and that branding and advertising is consistent at all times. She has a genuine interest for the Ezytreev product and enjoys researching on industry and customer trends in order to keep the system evolving. Rachel is often seen alongside the development team, offering her ‘non-technical’ view on current developments.

Lesley Cassinelli

Helpdesk Manager

Lesley oversees the day-to-day activities of the multi-disciplinary Helpdesk Team. Her work involves ensuring that team members with the right skills are available to field the requests from customers as efficiently as possible; monitoring the effectiveness of call handling and the status of the call queues; analysing and reporting on current trends; and providing reports for both customer and management Information. Lesley has worked for many years in government and other private sector IT firms before joining RA Information Systems in 2015. She is a Chartered Member of the British Computer Society. Lesley enjoys spending time liaising with customers and the RA Teams to streamline helpdesk processes to give the best possible service.

Daniel White

Senior Infrastructure Project Engineer

Daniel heads up our Telecoms division as well as being responsible for our Shared Internet and Connectivity solutions. Daniel is also our resident Mac lover and all round Apple fanboy! Daniel graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2008 with a 2:1 Bachelor of Science in Computing (Networks). Since graduating, he has been keen to develop his skills by gaining the Cisco Certified Network Associate, Mikrotik Certified Network Associate, Ubiquiti Enterprise Wireless Admin, VMWare Certified Professional & Apple Certified Technical Coordinator qualifications. Using these skills, Daniel is always keen to develop new systems that improve the services that we are able to offer to our clients to aid them to be as productive as possible.

Jake Taylor

Telecoms and Infrastructure Engineer

Jake has been part of RA Information Systems team since 2014. Jake specialises in Telecoms and Shared Internet and has successfully supported many projects across the UK. Jake works hard to develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients. He ensures that he takes the time to get to know clients to understand their specific needs, goals and requirements. Jake will visit clients to review and discuss their options. Once a plan has been agreed Jake will work with RA colleagues to bring that plan to life and implementing the solution. Jake continues to support clients with ongoing site maintenance. As a RA brand ambassador, Jake proudly represents RA Telecom and the company at industry events across the country. He takes great pride in the end product, and has received a number of positive testimonials from satisfied clients.

Dan Baker

Senior IT Support Engineer

Dan concentrates his time on our IT service clients and in particular has strong links with those offices based around Europe, and he is often their primary contact for assistance. Dan is often visiting these European sites assisting with office moves and new technology rollouts. Having worked for RA since 2003, Dan has a solid understanding of all RA’s clients, their business focused IT needs and how to best deliver them within the requested timeframe. Dan has an MCSE from Microsoft and over 20 years in IT support. He is keen to address and resolve all issues in the most timely manner.

Craig Hadfield

Lead Developer

Craig is responsible for multiple projects across the company, his primary responsibility is managing the architecture design, implementation and development life of one of our main products Clarity Core. He has become our central point of SQL advice and knowledge providing assistance to 2nd line support and our network team. His passion for improvement has resulted in him driving our DevOps program to improve and deliver our internal Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) and improve our hosted platforms automation processes. He holds a First Class Honours BSc Degree in Computing & Mathematics, with recognition from the Institute of Mathematics for outstanding performance. Craig has a passion for efficiency and loves working with our customers to ensure their time using our software products is the best experience it can be, allowing them to spend their valuable time on things that really matter.

Peter Jackson

Senior Software Developer

Peter is primarily involved with the CLARITY CORE software product with special focus on the continuous evolving of the desktop application. He graduated from University of Essex with a BSc in Computer Science and has nearly 30 years of experience in software development. He is highly professional and keeps an eye on how the individual components contribute to the product as a whole and how any changes impact the direction of the project. Peter enjoys understanding clients’ needs, meeting their development requirements and thereby enhancing their operational processes.

Richard Fowler

Technical Sales & Account Manager

Richard is the primary point of contact for CLARITY CORE, he is involved in building relationships with customers, addressing their needs, concerns, tracking their feedback and delivering training. He liaises between the customers and internal teams ensuring that client needs are understood and satisfied. As well as continuing with networking and representing RA Information Systems brand at the industry events, Richard is also involved in promoting our infrastructure and other IT services. He is a natural relationship builder, proactive and passionate about company products and the clients he serves.

Rob Taylor

Implementation Consultant

Rob gets involved in all aspects of Ezytreev and Ezyasset, but leads on the project management of new client installs. He is a Technician member of the Arboricultural Association (TechArborA) and an ISA Certified Arborist (ISA Cert Arb). Rob brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise as an experienced Arboriculturist and former Ezytreev user, and drawing on this he is heavily involved in the design and delivery of new features and products, working closely the developers, with a particular focus on quality and ease of use. Rob has an eye for detail and enjoys working closely with clients to streamline their processes and to ensure they achieve their objectives through Ezytreev and Ezyasset.

Andy Fenton

Senior Software Developer

Andy is primarily involved with the Ezytreev software product, his main focus is on managing the integration of map data within the system and developing the tools necessary to display it in the best way possible. He graduated with a 2:1 Masters degree in Computer Science from The University of Sheffield. Andy has a great deal of knowledge and experience, he enjoys the challenge of continually learning new technologies in order to deal with the evolving needs of our customers.

Paul VonGyer

Senior Software Engineer

Paul is a software developer holding a First Class Honours Master’s degree in Computer Science. His enthusiasm for technology drives him to explore new things to enhance his skills and knowledge. Committed to delivering a great customer experience, he strives to create applications that are not only functional but also intuitive and enjoyable to use. Whether it’s creating applications, debugging code, or experimenting with new software tools, he thrives in environments that challenge his problem-solving abilities. His curiosity about the ever-evolving tech landscape keeps him engaged, as he enjoys staying updated with the latest trends and innovations in the software world.

George Oliver

Software Engineer

George is a part of the Ezytreev development team and his main focus is on continuous evolving of the data collection applications. He graduated from The University of Sheffield with a 1st class Honours Bachelors in Software Engineering and with a Masters in Computer Games Programming from the De Montfort University. George is committed to using customer feedback and new market trends to improve the design of the current software ensuring performance improvement and creating the best possible user experience.

Lisa Innes

Software Support Specialist and IT support Engineer

Lisa is a proud member of our Helpdesk team, she works to resolve client support calls received by our client base. She is heavily involved with the assistance of the end user with the use and function of our CLARITY, ibcs and ezytreev software. She provides further support to our development teams, to support the Lifecyle from implementation to end user support. Lisa deals with both 1st and 2nd line support and often communicates with the 3rd party IT contacts, to assist with call resolution, on behalf of our clients. Lisa has a BTECH National Diploma – Level 3 in Advanced Diplomas in ICT Systems Support, Information Technology. She always strives to provide the best customer service to our clients and to continually build strong customer relationships, so she can give our clients the best customer experience.

Natalie Blake

Senior Accounts Assistant

Natalie is responsible for accounts across the company, her primary responsibility is performing business accounting activities and ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions and records. Natalie has worked in admin for over 25 years with 20 plus years in finance, varied background from large blue chip companies to small start-ups before joining RA Information Systems in 2022. She has AAT Level 2, also NVQ3 Diploma in Business Administration, previous HR administration experience. She loves working with the RA teams, supporting them to be as productive as possible. Natalie is committed to organising and streamlining our company’s account processes, enjoys dealing with numbers and spreadsheets, is keen on learning and developing new skills and abilities.

Caroline Walton

Senior Administrator / Contracts Manager

Caroline manages software maintenance contracts with company’s clients, ensuring all the licencing (new and current) is up to date and customers are timely provided with service and IT supplies. Caroline is a crucial person of the day-to-day functioning of our entire office, she is super organised, enjoys making things flow smoothly and helping members of the entire team. She is a cheerful, optimistic, and smiley happy person making everyone’s day better and life happier. Caroline joined RA in 2019 with more than 25 years of admin experience in various sectors inc. construction and architecture, following this with a big learning curve into IT.

Zhanna Heenan

Sales and Marketing Executive

Zhanna is responsible for shaping and executing our marketing strategy, including digital, direct, and email marketing, along with designing promotional materials. She holds a degree in Marketing, specialising in branding, customer relationships, and digital channels. Passionate about staying ahead of trends and tools, Zhanna brings energy and expertise to her role, focused on driving brand growth and enhancing company recognition.
