We are super excited to share that RA Information Systems has received the 2024 UKSPA Customer Service – Business Affiliates Award!

Our success is driven by a comprehensive, multi-faceted approach to customer service. We integrate incident, problem, and change management into a robust workflow system, ensuring every client interaction is meticulously tracked and managed. This allows us to maintain consistently high service standards through continuous performance monitoring and review. Collaboration is at the core of everything we do. Our team works seamlessly with 2nd/3rd line support, product managers, and external IT partners to resolve issues swiftly and efficiently. From product implementation to ongoing support, we are committed to delivering excellence at every stage, ensuring client satisfaction and enhancing the overall experience.
