FAULT REPORTING AND TESTING
This module is designed to optimise the work involved in handling and progressing preventive and corrective maintenance within your building(s); schedule planned works and regular recurring tests (e.g. fire alarm/extinguisher testing), respond to breakdown calls and organise repairs, schedule new equipment installations or office refurbishments and maintain full records of the actions taken.
Coupled with the CLARITY Customer Portal allows your customers to report any facilities faults or change requirements within the building(s), whether that be in their own offices or general shared areas. The system provides you with a full overview dashboard of the work requests, their status, the type of work, job priority, the location, previous job histories and job instructions.
