FAULT REPORTING AND TESTING
This module is designed to optimise preventive and corrective maintenance work; schedule planned works and tests (e.g. fire alarm/extinguisher test), respond to breakdown calls, organise repairs and new equipment installations and maintain a record of actions taken. The module allows customers to report any facilities faults or change requirements within the building(s), whether that be in their own offices or general shared areas. The system provides a dashboard with full overview including work requests, status, type of work, job priority, location, previous job histories and job instructions.
