Tenant Search at check-in now available in Clarity Visitor

We are excited to introduce a powerful new feature in Clarity Visitor: Tenant Search at Check-In.

This enhancement allows walk-in visitors to quickly search for the person or company they’re visiting right from the check-in screen. Once a match is found, the system notifies the selected host, helping streamline the arrival process and ensure no one is left waiting in the lobby.

Available Where Enabled, with Privacy in Mind

Tenant Search is available only where tenants have explicitly opted in to be listed as searchable at check-in. Each listing respects GDPR and data privacy requirements, ensuring that no information is shared without clear consent. Only those who choose to appear in search results will be visible to visitors, and all notifications are handled securely within the system.
