Helen Hadfield – Financial Director

Helen is delighted to be formally recognised in the role of Financial Director, where she will manage all accounting and administrative functions. She will implement robust monitoring of our sales income and related costs, ensuring that we maintain profitability while delivering the exceptional service our clients expect. With Helen at the helm of our financial strategy, we’re confident that our resources will be optimally aligned with our goals.

Rachel Judge – Sales & Marketing Director

Rachel is stepping up as Sales & Marketing Director, broadening her current responsibilities to drive growth across all product areas. Her focus will be on increasing sales turnover and enhancing our market presence. Rachel’s extensive experience and insights into our clients’ needs make her the ideal leader for this initiative.

Both Helen and Rachel will continue their existing roles, remaining actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. Their leadership will ensure a seamless transition as we implement further restructuring changes aimed at fostering growth and benefiting our team and clients alike.
