FlexSA Award Winners in Technology Innovation

We are delighted and proud to announce that we have been chosen as winners of the Flexible Space Association award in “Technology Innovation“ category 2021. With regards to this award, our company has made contributions to technology used by the flexible workspace industry and those working in the sector in a significant way. Having seen our customers face challenges managing employee and visitor access within the multi-tenanted and multi sited facilities, which became more complex by the coronavirus outbreak, we developed new touch-free access features to our CLARITY VISITOR sign-in solution to assist with security and minimise contact at check-in.
The newly enhanced CLARITY VISITOR includes a range of essential features: visit pre-registration, authorisation and QR code generation and touch-free access, with recording and tracking of visitors, staff and contractors for multi-use premises.

The solution has enormous potential, along with providing secure check-in processes for visitors and staff alike, the system assists workspace operators and their customers giving them a centralised and standardised procedure across campuses and locations, allows management of own appointments for all businesses located within a site or premises. Clients can use this feature to not only book visits at any time that suits them, but also to find all the information associated with past visits. Recording visits is critical for most businesses, from understanding who is visiting site and why, to the time of the visit and keeping historical reference. The visitor information can also be used to provide real time safety lists in case of emergency.
In addition, we have enhanced our CLARITY SIGNS integrated touch–screen digital display solution, for premises with shared amenities such as boardrooms, conference suites or meeting rooms. The screens now include new fields with client listings, latest news and announcements. And finally we have developed a dedicated parcel management app using OCR technology to digitally scan incoming deliveries, notifying recipients of their arrivals and specifying location for self-collection.
