Ezytreev user feedback: Key insights from the 2025 Survey

We are excited to share the highlights from our latest user survey, conducted in April–May 2025. A big thank you to all users who took the time to provide feedback — it is encouraging to see what is working well and where we are making a real difference for our users. While there is always room to grow, these insights give us confidence to build on our strengths and keep improving the experience.

The majority of Ezytreev users are satisfied, overall user experience looks positive with 84% of users satisfied with the system.

Satisfaction varies across the three main interfaces: Ezytreev Classic, Web, and Onsite. Ezytreev Web, our newest interface, led the way with more than 76% of satisfied respondents. Ease of use and efficiency of data collection tools for surveying and inspecting were rated higher than other functional areas — a clear strength in field operations, with 83% of satisfied respondents.

Perceptions of Ezytreev compared to alternatives: Users with experience of other systems rated Ezytreev more favourably, especially for functionality and ease of use. Ezytreev was rated favourably by 77%, who felt it offered better functionality than other systems. 74% of respondents found it easier to use than other software. This suggests strong confidence in Ezytreev’s features. Ezytreev is generally perceived as more user-friendly than its competitors.

Support services received strong satisfaction scores — with standout feedback on our responsiveness and availability. Support service remains our standout strength. 73% of respondents are also satisfied with quality of training provided.

Respondents were asked how likely they would be to recommend Ezytreev to others, based on their overall experience with the software. The results are positive: 82% said they were either very likely (41%) or likely (41%) to recommend the software — a strong result.
