Introducing the Ezytreev Training and Certification Manager

We are excited to announce a new add-on feature for the Ezytreev Tree Data Inventory and Asset Management web interface: the Training and Certification Manager.

It’s designed to keep track of staff competences and make compliance simpler and more efficient:

• Stay up to date with renewals – The system flags missing or expiring qualifications and allows you to record renewal bookings quickly.
• Understand staff capabilities – See at a glance who is qualified for specific roles.
• Ensure role compliance – Make sure all staff have the necessary qualifications for their roles.
• Simplify onboarding of new employees – New team members can be quickly assigned role(s), with automatic guidance on the qualifications they will need.
• Demonstrate compliance – Keep a clear record of qualifications and certifications for audits and regulatory purposes.

Key features:

Roles and teams

• Role lists: Assign one or more roles to individuals with defined qualification and certification requirements.
• Team grouping: individuals can be grouped into teams for easier management.

Qualifications and courses

• Qualification tracking: Enter qualifications with bespoke renewal periods and levels of importance, per role.
• Course management: Track courses completed, attach certificates, and set renewal requirements.

Overview and prioritisation

• Team and role overview: Easily see qualification status across teams and roles.
• Visual status indicators: Qualifications are colour-coded based on completion and importance:
  • Green – obtained
  • Yellow, Orange, Red – outstanding, prioritised by importance

Making life easier: The Training and Certification Manager can link directly to your existing Ezytreev system user list. This add-on will transform how you manage staff qualifications: reducing administrative burden, ensuring compliance, and giving you a clear, visual overview of your team’s training status.
