Celebrating a new chapter: RA is now employee owned!

We are pleased to share that RA Information Systems has transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

This significant step reflects our commitment to preserving our independence and recognising the vital contributions of our team. By becoming an employee-owned business, we are ensuring that the future of RA Information Systems is in the hands of those who have been instrumental in its success—our dedicated employees. This new structure aligns with our long-term vision and guarantees that we continue to provide the exceptional service our clients expect.

The EOT now holds 100% of the company shares, with Rob Dabbs, Helen Hadfield, and Rachel Judge serving as the first Trustee Directors. They will oversee the trust, ensuring it benefits both our employees and the business as a whole.

For our clients and partners, it’s business as usual. Rob, Annette, and Jon Dabbs will remain actively involved in the company, ensuring that the values and culture that have defined RA Information Systems for over three decades continue to thrive.
